Tucked away amidst the house corridors is number seven; our cosiest room in the house. Small but perfectly formed, expect a double bed with a writers desk, a pristine bathroom and all the little Tickton touches.

Four of our 'Intimate House Rooms' sit on the second floor of our main house and two are situated in the houses farmhouse wing. Sweet bedrooms, each with their own DNA, the main house rooms feature Georgian sash windows, and the farmhouse wing rooms are framed by cottage style panes. All have perfectly pristine bathrooms, 'Tickton' touches and comfy doubles (two with kings) to sink into at the end of the day.

Just that little bit bigger, four of our 'House Rooms' are stationed in the houses farmhouse wing and one can be found on the second floor of the main house. Handsome, understated spaces, the farmhouse wing rooms are framed with cottage style windows and the house rooms feature beautiful Georgian sash. All have king size beds, a writers desk, pristine bathrooms (four with baths) and little Tickton touches.

Two 'House Rooms' are situated on the ground floor and 2 can be twinned (12 &19). One will sleep an extra child on request, the second up to two extra children on a sofa bed (+ £30 per child including breakfast)
Tucked away on the ground floor of the farmhouse wing out two 'House Double or Twins' can be accessed via outside or in. The first 'Room 19' was converted from the original stables and is decorated with blues, the second 'Room 12' was once the farmworker bothy and accented with floral and country tones. Both feature single or king size beds, ensuites with showers, a bath and their own table and chairs.

The twin beds in Room 19 can be joined together to form a king size bed. Room 19 can sleep one child on request (+ £30 supplement including breakfast) Please let us know if you have a room preference. Room 12 is dog friendly and can sleep one day for an extra £20 per night. Unfortunately we are not able to welcome dogs in our public areas. But they can have the run of our fields and meadlowlands.
Just at the top of the stairs in the Granary, The Vickerman is our pretty in pink space featuring a plump king size bed, linen bed head, William Morris willow paper and fabric prints, a writing nook, a roomy en suite and a gorgeous garden view.

In the nooks of the Granary, The Dixon is a light and airy room lined with a timeless William Morris willow print in yellow and accented with notes of country hues. Featuring a brass super king size bed, a Victorian fireplace, a spacious en suite and some little Tickton touches too.

The most petite of our suites, Room 20 is stationed on the ground floor of the farmhouse wing and has its own porch entrance, perfect for welly boots. Handsome and understated with cottage style windows and a separate lounge area it has a king size bed, a writer’s desk, a pristine bathroom with bath and separate shower, little Tickton touches and an outdoor table and chairs with views over the garden.

The Farmhouse Suite can be used as our family room and sleeps up to two extra children on a sofa bed (+ £30 per child including breakfast). Dog friendly Room 20 can fit 1 four legged friend for £20 per night. Unfortunately we are not able to welcome dogs in our public areas. But they can have the run of our fields and meadlowlands.
Peppered with finer touches including its own four poster bed and beautiful Georgian blue tones, The Dearing suite sits at the top of the main house in the heart of our home. With floor to ceiling sash windows, a roomy shower for two and its own sitting area, steal away for some indulgence for two.

Featuring floor to ceiling sash windows, a garden vista, its own sitting area and fireplace, a kingsize bed with a hand-crafted bed head and a pristine en suite, hideaway in our calming retreat for two.
